2021 Annual General Meeting (ASX Announcement)

Melbourne, Australia; 1 October 2021: Starpharma (ASX: SPL, OTCQX: SPHRY) today notifies that the AGM of Starpharma Holdings Limited will be held as a virtual event at 11:00am (Melbourne time) on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.

As in past years the Chairman’s address and the CEO’s presentation will be released to the market prior to the AGM commencing on 30 November 2021. More information on the details of the AGM will be provided in the 2021 Notice of Meeting to be issued in October 2021, and the closing date for the receipt of director nominations is 5pm (EST) on 11 October 2021.
